At Native Riders we do our best to ensure that all
orders meet or exceed our customerís expectations. Our handmade items are inspected by
at least three Native Riders artist before being shipped. We will except
returns within seven days of receipt of item, for an exchange or store credit
Shipping cost are non- refundable and return shipping cost are the
responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted on items that are
odor free, have not been worn, washed, stained or damaged. Tags must still be
attached to the item. For hygiene reasons we do not except any returns on
barrettes or earrings.
We try to be as detailed as possible regarding sizing
explanation and product details. If you are not sure about what size to decide
on feel free to call or email us. Being that we are the actual artist we can be
very helpful in this area.
We are more than happy to discuss in detail any
questions you may have. We truly want you to be happy with your order. If your
not we will go out of our way to make it right. We want you to look good in,
feel good in and really enjoy your purchase. Itís the ultimate reason we do

call us within 24 hours of receiving the item to explain the problem. Our email
and voicemail are checked daily.
Please wait for a
response before shipping the item back, so that we can discuss the exchange
and/or store credit options available to you.
When shipping item back please consider
tracking and insuring your item as we cannot be responsible for items lost in
the item we will then follow through with the exchange or issue the store
credit so long as the item is in the same condition it left in. We will email
you to confirm either the new item has been shipped or store credit is now
